Step-by-step setup (free)

   Get the file

   Click "Add to cart", check out free with your details, and download the workflow file.

   Import it into n8n

   Open n8n (n8n Cloud or your own server), create a new workflow, then choose "Import from File" from the menu and select the file. You can also paste the file contents straight onto the canvas.

   Connect your accounts

   Open each node that shows a warning and add your credentials for Google Sheets and Gmail. Saved credentials were removed from this file, so it never uses anyone else's accounts.

   Set up the trigger

   Open the Webhook node, copy its production URL, and paste it into the app, website form or tool that should send data to the workflow.

   Replace the placeholders

   Look for placeholder values such as you@example.com, sheet names, folder IDs and URLs, and replace them with your own.

   Test, then switch it on

   Run the workflow once with test data and check every node turns green. Then turn on the Active toggle so it runs by itself.
