Your inbox takes up a big part of the day: sorting, replying, forwarding and copying details into other tools.
Extracts financial news from FT.com and delivers daily updates to your Outlook inbox. Automates content extraction and email delivery for timely market insights. It runs on a schedule and works with Google Gemini and Outlook, so the work happens without anyone doing it by hand.
Use these to sort, label and summarise incoming email, draft replies for review, and pull invoices or orders out of the inbox into your records. It's most useful for executive teams.
Click "Add to cart", check out free with your details, and download the workflow file.
Open n8n (n8n Cloud or your own server), create a new workflow, then choose "Import from File" from the menu and select the file. You can also paste the file contents straight onto the canvas.
Open each node that shows a warning and add your credentials for Google Gemini and Outlook. Saved credentials were removed from this file, so it never uses anyone else's accounts.
Open the Schedule Trigger node and set how often it should run, for example every morning at 9am.
Pick the AI model you want to use and read through the prompts so the tone and rules match your business. The AI provider bills you for usage.
Look for placeholder values such as you@example.com, sheet names, folder IDs and URLs, and replace them with your own.
Run the workflow once with test data and check every node turns green. Then turn on the Active toggle so it runs by itself.
Get it free and set it up yourself, or have it installed and working in your account.

These projects are adapted from awesome-n8n-templates by Enes Cingoz and the original workflow authors, shared under CC BY 4.0. Changes made: removed sample data and saved credential IDs, replaced hard-coded email addresses and calendar IDs with placeholders, and rewrote some descriptions. Hunain Nasir did not create the original workflows and they are not endorsed by their authors. Always review and test a workflow before using it with real data.
